Art Buff sweatshirt

This Art Buff sweatshirt is a Banksy sweater containing a beautiful digital print of the Banksy piece Art Buff, created in Folkestone in 2014, and in which an elderly art buff is viewing a piece of art which has been "buffed", maybe by the council or "The Grey Ghost".

Originally, the piece was misinterpreted by many as being a comment on the supposed "invisible" art exhibition that turned out to be a fake news story that ran on a spoof news website, but Banksy later confirmed it to be a play on the word "buff", having been deliberately painted across a patch of grey paint that had been used to cover up an earlier piece of street art.

Shortly after Banksy created it, the piece was carefull removed for sale at auction in Miami, but after its failure to sell, rumour has it that the piece is to be returning to Folkestone (as of March 2015).
