Umbrella Girl Nola t-shirt

Banksy's Umbrella Girl Nola street art piece has been interpreted as a criticism of the New Orleans flood defences.   The piece, from which this Umbrella Girl Nola t-shirt gets its imagery, first appeared on the third anniversary of the Hurricane Katrina disaster in New Orleans, and depicts a girl holding an umbrella, but instead of the umbrella keeping her dry it is in fact raining on her, and so the girl is holding out one arm to feel whether it is raining outside the reach of the umbrella.
